Three ingredients. A focused rationale.

Citicoline for focus, resveratrol for sharpness, L-theanine for calm flow — chosen for distinct roles and disclosed at full dose.

The studies below examine individual ingredients in specific populations and doses. They are not trials of the finished NeuroRevitalize formula.
Before the research

Start with what it actually feels like

Stress jams your thinking. You read something twice and it doesn't stick. You lose the thread mid-task. You freeze mid-sentence on a word you know perfectly well. That's the problem the formula was built around — the research below is why these three ingredients were chosen for it.

Focus

Citicoline — 500 mg

Also known as CDP-choline, citicoline supplies choline- and cytidine-related components involved in normal cell membrane and neurotransmitter processes. It was chosen to support focus. NeuroRevitalize uses 500 mg — the same daily dose used in the trials below.

Memory improved over 12 weeks

In a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial of 100 healthy older adults, 500 mg of citicoline daily for 12 weeks produced significantly greater improvement in episodic memory and composite memory than placebo.

Attention improved over 28 days

In a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial of 60 healthy women aged 40–60, 28 days of citicoline at 250 mg or 500 mg daily produced significantly better attentional performance than placebo.
